Please take a few minutes to browse this information before placing your order as it can save you time and money by understanding our order/delivery process.
Before you checkout and complete the purchase we offer several different payment options, the fastest options are Pay Pal and Google Checkout, your order is more likely to get processed quicker by choosing one of these payment providers.
This is because these payments are automatically verified and cleared and this saves time when processing the order.
We can only despatch goods to a UK address, we no longer despatch goods outside the UK.
When you submit your order please make sure you have entered the correct UK delivery address. Changing the address after the goods have been despatched will incur extra costs.
If you have your order delivered to your home address and you are not there to receive it, the carriers will only make 2 delivery attempts after this you can collect the goods from the carriers depot, or for a small extra charge have a 3rd delivery attempt made. The goods will only be held at the depot for 3 days before being returned to us. If the goods are sent back to us this will also incur additional costs currently £22.00.
In order to have your goods re-dispatched you will have to pay for another delivery charge plus the return fee.
If you know that you are not going to be at home to receive your goods it will be better to have the goods sent to your works address or alternatively you can inform us if the goods can be left with a neighbour or left in a secure location such as a porch or garage.
